🌐 General Questions

NIXAFIRM is a regulated global investment and trading platform founded in 2019. We offer investment plans with fixed daily returns, stock trading, forex trading, and copy trading — all from a single account.

Yes. NIXAFIRM Ltd is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) in the United Kingdom. We operate under strict financial regulations and maintain full compliance with AML, KYC, and data protection laws.

NIXAFIRM is available in 80+ countries worldwide. We do not currently serve residents of the United States, North Korea, Iran, or jurisdictions subject to comprehensive international sanctions.

Create a free account, verify your email, deposit funds, and choose your investment product. The entire process takes under 10 minutes. KYC verification is required before making withdrawals.

All account balances are held in USD. You can deposit via Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT, or bank transfer — all automatically converted to USD at current exchange rates.

Our platform is fully optimised for mobile browsers. A dedicated iOS and Android app is currently in development and will be available in Q2 2025.

👤 Account & KYC Verification

Go to Dashboard → KYC Verification. Upload a government-issued photo ID (passport, national ID, or driver's licence), a selfie holding your ID, and proof of address dated within 3 months. Verification typically takes 24–72 hours.

KYC (Know Your Customer) is a legal requirement under the FCA and Money Laundering Regulations 2017. It protects you and the platform from fraud and ensures regulatory compliance. Without KYC, withdrawals are disabled.

Accepted IDs: Passport, National Identity Card, Driver's Licence, or Residence Permit. Accepted proof of address: utility bill, bank statement, government letter, or tax document — dated within the last 3 months.

Standard review takes 24–72 business hours. If your documents are clear and valid, you will receive approval via email. Premium plan holders receive priority review (usually under 12 hours).

No. Multiple accounts per person are strictly prohibited and will result in all accounts being suspended. Each person may hold only one account per legal identity.

Click "Forgot password" on the login page, enter your registered email, and click the link in the email you receive. The reset link expires after 1 hour for security. If you don't receive the email, check your spam folder.

Contact our support team at support@nixafirm.com with proof of identity to request an email change. This is a security-sensitive action and requires manual verification.

💳 Deposits

We accept Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), USDT (TRC20 and ERC20), and bank wire transfer. Cryptocurrency deposits confirm within 30–60 minutes. Bank transfers take 1–3 business days.

The minimum deposit is $10. However, our Starter investment plan requires a minimum of $100 to start earning daily returns.

NIXAFIRM charges zero deposit fees. However, standard network fees (gas fees for crypto, SWIFT fees for bank transfers) apply and are deducted from the transferred amount.

Cryptocurrency deposits are credited after 3 network confirmations (typically 30–60 minutes for BTC, 5–10 minutes for ETH/USDT). Bank transfers appear within 1–3 business days after processing.

No. All deposits must originate from accounts or wallets in your own name. Third-party deposits are rejected and returned. Suspected third-party deposits trigger a compliance review.

Check the transaction ID on the relevant blockchain explorer. If the transaction confirms on-chain but hasn't credited, contact support with the transaction hash and we'll investigate within 2 hours.

💸 Withdrawals

Go to Dashboard → Wallet → Withdraw. Enter your amount and destination wallet/bank details. Withdrawals are reviewed by our finance team and processed within 24–48 business hours after approval.

The minimum withdrawal is $20. There is no maximum withdrawal limit, though large withdrawals (over $50,000) may require additional verification per our AML policy.

A flat 2% processing fee is deducted from all withdrawals. For example, a $1,000 withdrawal will credit $980 to your destination wallet/bank.

This is a regulatory requirement under the FCA and AML Regulations. It ensures funds are returned to verified account holders only, protecting against fraud and money laundering.

Investment principals are locked for the full plan duration. However, earned profits (daily ROI credited to your wallet balance) can be withdrawn at any time, regardless of the plan status.

Withdrawals may be held for compliance review, document verification, or security checks. You will be notified by email with the specific reason and any actions required.

Yes. We support withdrawals to Bitcoin, Ethereum, and USDT (TRC20) wallets. Ensure you enter the correct wallet address — blockchain transactions are irreversible and we cannot recover funds sent to wrong addresses.

📈 Investment Plans

We offer three plans: Starter ($100–$999, 2.5% daily, 30 days), Growth ($1,000–$9,999, 4% daily, 60 days), and Premium ($10,000+, 6.5% daily, 90 days). All plans return 100% of principal upon maturity.

Returns are generated through a diversified institutional portfolio including algorithmic forex trading, global equity positions, arbitrage strategies, and fixed-income instruments. All managed by our professional trading desk.

Daily ROI is calculated and credited to your wallet every 24 hours. You can see the crediting schedule in Dashboard → Investments → Plan Details.

Yes. Many investors diversify across all three plans. There is no limit to the number of active investments you can hold simultaneously.

At maturity, your full principal plus total accumulated profits are credited back to your wallet in a single transaction. You will receive an email notification.

All investments carry risk, and returns are not guaranteed despite our strong historical performance. Please read our full Risk Disclosure before investing. Only invest capital you can afford to lose.

Yes. You can manually reinvest profits at any time from your wallet into a new or existing plan. Compound reinvestment can significantly increase your overall returns.

📊 Stock Trading

We offer 500+ stocks across major exchanges including NYSE, NASDAQ, LSE, and Euronext. This includes technology, healthcare, financials, consumer goods, and more.

You can buy fractional shares starting from $1. This means you can invest in any company regardless of its share price.

NIXAFIRM charges zero commission on all stock buys and sells. We earn from the bid-ask spread on traded prices.

Yes. We support market orders (immediate execution at current price) and limit orders (execute only when the price reaches your target level).

Dividend income from eligible shares is credited to your wallet on the ex-dividend date, proportional to your shareholding.

💱 Forex Trading

We offer 50+ forex pairs including all major pairs (EUR/USD, GBP/USD, USD/JPY, etc.), minor pairs, exotic pairs, and commodity pairs (XAU/USD, XAG/USD).

Maximum leverage varies by pair: up to 500:1 for major forex pairs, 200:1 for minors and exotics, and 100:1 for commodities. Leverage amplifies both profits and losses.

Forex markets are open 24 hours a day, 5 days a week (Sunday 10pm GMT to Friday 10pm GMT). Specific pair availability may vary.

The minimum trade size is 0.01 lots (micro lot) for all forex pairs. This equals 1,000 units of the base currency.

Yes. Positions held past 10pm GMT incur swap charges (or credits, depending on direction and interest rate differential). Swap rates are displayed on each pair's details page.

Yes. Your account balance can never go below zero. If a trade moves against you beyond your available margin, it will automatically close at the best available price.

🤖 Copy Trading

You select a verified expert trader and allocate a capital amount. Every trade they open is automatically and proportionally replicated in your account in real-time. You keep full control and can stop copying at any time.

Traders undergo a rigorous 90-day evaluation including live trading verification, identity checks, risk management assessment, and background checks. Only traders meeting our performance and integrity standards are listed.

The minimum copy allocation is $100 per trader. You can copy multiple traders simultaneously to diversify your exposure.

Each listed trader sets their own performance fee, typically between 15–25% of profits. There are no subscription fees — you only pay when you profit.

Yes. You can pause or stop copying at any time from your Dashboard → Copy Trading panel. Open positions can be kept running or closed when you stop copying.

Losses are proportional to your allocation, just as profits are. You can set a stop-loss percentage to automatically stop copying if losses exceed a threshold you define.

🔒 Security

We use AES-256 encryption for data at rest, TLS 1.3 for data in transit, two-factor authentication (2FA), suspicious activity monitoring, and IP-based login alerts. See our Security page for full details.

Yes. We strongly recommend enabling 2FA via an authenticator app (Google Authenticator, Authy). 2FA is required before making any withdrawal.

Immediately change your password and disable 2FA recovery options, then contact security@nixafirm.com. We will lock your account and initiate a security review within 1 hour.

Client funds are held in segregated accounts separate from operational funds. In the unlikely event of insolvency, client funds are protected and returned. We are also FCA-regulated, providing additional protection frameworks.

Yes. You earn 5% commission on every deposit made by users you refer — for life. Commissions are credited instantly to your wallet when your referral's deposit is approved. Visit Dashboard → Referrals to get your link.
